AMAZINGNESSSS πŸŽƒπŸ˜πŸŽƒπŸ˜.  Was trying to make a pumpkin protein fudge without a recipe & this happened - delish!! πŸ‘Œ Here’s the recipe - it makes 5 servings, each serving is 17f/25c/24p (~350 calories).

πŸŽƒ 1 can garbanzo beans (rinsed & thanks @mischa195 4 the bean inspiration!!!)
πŸŽƒ 10 Tbs (5 servings) of protein peanut butter (I used Nuts n More 😍)
πŸŽƒ3 packets of stevia
πŸŽƒ2 Tbs sugar free pumpkin spice  creamer
πŸŽƒ3/4 cup Part Skim Polly-O Ricotta
πŸŽƒ2/3 cup pumpkin puree

Crumble in some Special K protein cereal and top with Lite Cool Whip if you dare πŸ˜‰πŸ˜˜
